Wir sind besonders versiert in komplexen Transaktionen mit mehreren Rechtsbarkeiten. Neben unserer Beteiligung an zahlreichen hochkar\u00e4tigen Transaktionen bieten wir unseren Mandanten auch kontinuierliche, t\u00e4gliche gesellschaftsrechtliche Unterst\u00fctzung.<\/p><p>\u00dcber unsere Beratungst\u00e4tigkeit hinaus vertreten wir Unternehmen und Privatpersonen in einer Vielzahl von Streitf\u00e4llen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren Streitigkeiten vor Gerichten, Schiedsgerichten, Vergabestellen, der kosovarischen Steuerbeh\u00f6rde, der kosovarischen Zollbeh\u00f6rde und verschiedenen anderen Aufsichtsbeh\u00f6rden.
