He specializes in commercial and civil matters, including civil, commercial, administrative, fiscal, and criminal disputes, with extensive experience representing clients before the Basic, Appellate, and Supreme Courts.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Prior to joining Hodaj &amp; Partners, Mr. Rrahmani worked as an Attorney at Tahiri &amp; Partners, where he represented the Municipality of Prishtina in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, contributing to the successful resolution of several high-profile commercial and property cases.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>He holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law and is in the final stage of his Master\u2019s studies in Civil and Property Law at the University of Prishtina \u201cHasan Prishtina\u201d. During his academic and professional career, Mr. Rrahmani has participated in prestigious programs such as the Transformational Leadership Program at the American University in Kosovo and the Summer University of Prishtina on the American criminal justice system.
