Wir unterst\u00fctzen unsere Mandanten beim rechtlichen Schutz ihres Firmennamens oder Symbols nach dem Markengesetz des Kosovo, aber auch auf internationalen M\u00e4rkten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der Schutz des Intellectual Property im Kosovo ist nicht einfach, da es im Kosovo immer noch an angemessenen und effizienten Verfahren mangelt, die in den Industriel\u00e4ndern vorhanden sind. Daher muss ein Gro\u00dfteil der Arbeit durch Kontaktaufnahme mit den zust\u00e4ndigen Institutionen geleistet werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Unsere Erfahrung und unsere etablierten Kontakte zu den richtigen Personen stellen sicher, dass das Intellectual Property unserer Kunden immer gesch\u00fctzt ist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dies verschafft unserer Firma auch einen Vorteil, wenn es darum geht, die IP-Verst\u00f6\u00dfe unserer Kunden zu vertedigen.
