Mr. Arben Rrahmani has been an Attorney at Law at Hodaj & Partners since January 2026. He specializes in commercial and civil matters, including civil, commercial, administrative, fiscal, and criminal disputes, with extensive experience representing clients before the Basic, Appellate, and Supreme Courts.

Prior to joining Hodaj & Partners, Mr. Rrahmani worked as an Attorney at Tahiri & Partners, where he represented the Municipality of Prishtina in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, contributing to the successful resolution of several high-profile commercial and property cases.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and is in the final stage of his Master’s studies in Civil and Property Law at the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”. During his academic and professional career, Mr. Rrahmani has participated in prestigious programs such as the Transformational Leadership Program at the American University in Kosovo and the Summer University of Prishtina on the American criminal justice system. He also gained experience as a legal intern at the Basic Court of Prishtina and in the Public-Private Partnership Department at the Ministry of Finance, and has served as a member of the Youth Council of the U.S. Embassy in Kosovo.
