Expertise und Tätigkeit

Ms. Elsa Osmanaj is an Attorney at Law at Hodaj & Partners since April 2025. Her main areas of expertise include criminal and civil law matters. She previously completed a one-year project with the USAID program Commercial Justice Activity at the Basic Court of Prishtina and also worked as a court monitor.

During her academic journey, Ms. Osmanaj actively participated in international events, including the Warsaw/Athens Model European Union 2020 and served as a delegate in 9th Regional Rule of Law Forum for Southeast Europe, as well as in many other national and international activities. She has been recognized for her academic excellence, receiving scholarships and the Distinguished Student Award for  Bachelor’s and Master’s studies from the University of Prishtina.
