Mr. Lirim Ismaili is an Attorney at Law at Hodaj & Partners Law Firm, where he has been practicing since 2023. His areas of professional interest and practice include civil law, criminal law, and tax law.

Mr. Ismaili holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from AAB College, both completed in 2020. He is currently in the final stage of his Master’s studies in Law at the University of Prishtina and a Master of Arts in English Language at AAB College.

Throughout his academic and professional development, Mr. Ismaili has demonstrated a strong commitment to international legal education, diplomacy, and human rights. He has participated in several prestigious international programs and conferences, including the Harvard National Model United Nations (Boston, USA), Model European Union Strasbourg (France), and Cambridge University International Model United Nations (CUIMUN, United Kingdom). Additionally, he has completed specialized training programs such as the Erasmus+ Training on Peacebuilding and Conflict Management in Berlin and the Academia Aestiva Internationalis in Ljubljana.

Mr. Ismaili’s experience includes meaningful work with civil society, youth initiatives, and judicial institutions, where he engaged in human rights advocacy, legal research, court proceedings, and legal assistance. Before licensing as a lawyer, he gained practical experience as a Legal Intern at the Basic Court of Pristina and as a Legal Associate at Hodaj & Partners Law Firm. He has also been involved in education and community engagement, serving as a Human Rights Activist and Lecturer on judicial and human rights topics and as a Teaching Assistant of Medical English at AMECC “Rezonanca”, supporting students in developing professional English skills.
